Water, Ceteareth-25, PVP, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Propylene Glycol, Hydrolyzed Corn Starch, PEG-7 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Glycerin, Phenoxyethanol

HOW TO

With the spoolie side of Brush #18, dip into gel pot to coat bristles. Shape brows into desired shape with spoolie, making sure to brush from the root in an upward motion. For coarser brows use a generous amount of product.
