HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
Entry-level Beautys earn 1 point per dollar spent and redemptions can be made right in checkout with as little as 100 points. The more you earn the better the perks get, earn bonuses on your birthday, account anniversary, and when you level up.
HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE? WHERE AM I ABLE TO REVIEW MY POINTS OR REWARDS?
You can see your available points and rewards at any time from the My Account section.
WHAT ARE THE BEAUTY BONUS TIERS?
- Spend: <$135 - Beauty Status - Spend: $135-$225 - Bae Status - Spend: >$225 - OG Status
HOW DO I REDEEM MY POINTS FOR PRODUCT REWARDS?
To redeem your rewards when checking out, simply proceed to checkout and the product rewards will appear when you have enough points to redeem. You can see your available points and rewards at any time from the My Account section.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN TO THE PREVIOUS BEAUTY POINTS I'VE RECEIVED BEFORE THE TRANSITION?
Any points you had prior to 10/1/22 will carry over and be available for redemption. If there are any issues with the points, feel free to email our support team at support@ofracosmetics.com and they will gladly assist you.
WHEN I EARN POINTS, CAN I REDEEM THEM IMMEDIATELY?
The points will be applied to your account when your order has been fulfilled by our team. This is usually 2-3 business days. Review points should be reflected on your account within 24-48 hours after they've been verified in our system.
WHEN I MAKE A PURCHASE AND PAY WITH AN OFRA GIFT CARD CAN I EARN POINTS FOR THAT PURCHASE?
No, unfortunately, gift card purchases will not earn points.
WHAT DO I DO IF I BELIEVE POINTS WERE NOT PROPERLY CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT?

CAN I REFER A FRIEND TO JOIN BEAUTY BONUSES?
Give your friends $20 off on their first order of $50 and get $20 (in points) for each successful referral. Refer your friends from the My Account section.
DO POINTS EXPIRE?
Your Beauty Bonus points expire one calendar year after you've earned them.
DOUBLE/TRIPLE EARNING EVENTS
During any multiplier events, points will multiply based on the base-level "Beauty" tier. For example, if you are OG level you will receive 1.5x + 1x points per dollar spent.
WILL I EARN POINTS FOR REVIEWING PRODUCTS?
Yes! All verified purchase reviews will earn 50 points. Look out for the leave a review email.
BONUS POINTS
Points bonuses do not multiply with tiers. Purchase must meet minimum requirements before tax and after discounts. Points apply after typical processing and fulfillment time. The bonus points earning rule is stackable, i.e. $100 of spend will earn 200 bonus points.
CAN I COMBINE POINTS AND DISCOUNTS?
Unless explicitly stated, discounts cannot be combined with Beauty Bonus points.
